Delivery

What are the delivery options?

We deliver islandwide daily using cars for maintain bouquet’s quality. Checkout the different delivery fee and coverage below:

Island Wide Delivery: $9, Within time Slot
Sentosa: $24, Within Time Slot

FREE Island Wide Delivery: For Orders above $100

 

Do you provide free delivery or waive off my delivery charges?

Yes. All delivery charges are waived with minimum spending of SGD 100

What are the available time frames for delivery?

Each delivery will be an allocated 4-hour time slot. Last same day order cut-off at 6 pm.

Do you have same day delivery?

Yes, we have three time slot for you to select for same day delivery. Cut off time for each timeslot applies.

What if the recepient is not around to receive the flowers?

Our riders will call to notify your recipient and place the bouquet at a safe nearby spot

In the case of no recipient numbers given, you will be notified of rescheduling within the next 24 hours and an additional $15 shipping fee will apply

Orders & Payment

How do i know if my order placed is confirmed?

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email with an attached invoice showing an Order Reference Number. Should we need any clarifications for your order, our Customer Service Team will reach out to you with the number you provided.

Problem with your order

If any problems are faced with your order, do contact us through the life chat and drop us your email to let us know of your problem. Compensation will be made on a case-by-case basis. However, please make sure to contact us immediately when you receive your product, with a picture, as we cannot ascertain the validity of your claim if done after a length of time.

Refunds for late delivery

You may contact our team for a refund if your delivery are late exceeding the stated time slot.

However due to our large volume of enquiries, please do allow us 3-5 working days to process your refunds. We will always strive to maintain our great service by doing our best to do so within the same day. However, we have to ensure that no customer is left out.

Cancellation and Changes to order by customer

Due to the perishable nature of our products, once the order has been made, no cancellation is allowed. Cancellation might result in 100% of the order being charged. Items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.

Cancellation by our team

The Flowers Delivery Team reserves the right to cancel any order by giving advance notice. A full refund will be provided in such cases.

This is due to our fresh flowers availability and strict quality control, failing which we might have to cancel your order to ensure that you do not get a defective bouquets. Please understand that all cancellations are made for the good of the customer.

General

How long will my flowers last?

Most bouquets wilt within 2-3 days, you can expect our specially treated bouquets to last 4-7 days

Before dispatched, all bouquets are sprayed with our signature PetalLife™ all natural spray to help extend the flowers life by slowing down its wilting process

Do you use fresh or preserved flowers?

All of our flowers are freshly flown daily from organic farms. We do not use preserved flowers for bouquets arrangements

Do you provide greeting card message?

Yes, our greeting card message service is FREE for all bouquets purchased. Simply write your message during checkout and we will have it send together with your flowers

Why no one is replying my chat?

Our customer service team are online to reply to your questions from 10AM to 5PM. Please give our team a few minutes to reply you as we may be encountering multiple inquiries at given time, alternatively you can drop your email and questions in the chat, we will get to you as soon as possible

However, all orders and flowers arrangement are handled separately and will be delivered on time as stated
